The shoes can be purchased by any business or resident. Each shoe purchased will come with 2 dozen tulips during the early winter for planting. In the Spring around the Heritage Festival the tulips will bloom across the city. Each shoe is made of fiberglass and created by a local artist. We have a list of local painters who can paint your shoes for you. All shoes ordered will come in classic Bulldog Gold with directions for painting. Each shoe is priced at $420.00.
